They really need to improve their customer service; at no point did I feel welcome or comfortable. He started cutting my nails without asking me anything, and by the time I realized what was happening, it was already too late—they were cut very short and were a bit uneven. I am not happy with the result; there was a severe lack of communication. I'm not saying they're bad; it's just not what I wanted.
I have been going to LV for several years mainly because of my favorite nail tech, Kim. Ever since Kim left about a year or two ago, I stopped coming regularly. This is the second time that I gave them a chance one was probably three years ago. This is the second time I wanted to try people could change, but they can't. They don't know how to do nails they were hurting me and she wasn't even giving me a Manicure and when I asked for someone to speak English for her, they all got upset. I'm talking to her and she talking them. They're very unprofessional. They was not speaking to me at all, but when they did, it was disrespectful.
I have been going to LV Nails for years. I was worried when a bnew owner took over and shortly realized I had nothing to worry about, I love the friendly and accommodating atmosphere and always look forward to going. They do incredible work and I’m always happy and satisfied with everything I get done there. I highly recommend going there to get your nails done! You won’t be disappointed!! A+++
Hana did a great job my my eyebrows. She was really kind.
