This place gives you the PCR results within the hour, which is great. This place is very hard to find. Allow lots of time to get there, as it’s not easy to find and hotel staff point you in different directions. It’s on the second level (not ground level of the Venetian). It’s near where the gondolas are, tucked away. If you get lost ask for the shaving store. The photos of other people leaving reviews are useful, look at those to find the store front. I had an appointment for Friday. I walked in Thursday to ask them to change and do it right now. They accepted and did a great job. Thank you very much and hello from europe

Booked a last minute appointment by mistake (15 miunutes out), tried to cancel it five minutes later and they wouldn't let me, nor respond to my email asking for a refund. I get cancellation policy, but a spot where I didn't take up anyone's spot and get ghosted by support after the fact isn't great. Edit: Despite no initial response, they replied back with processing a partial goodwill refund a week later.
