My second time having LVADC out to our home; I appreciate their thoughtful communication, photos they share of their work, general cleanliness, and efficiency.
Avoid This Company I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Before scheduling the appointment, I specifically asked Fernando whether they could clean the dryer vent for a stackable washer/dryer unit. He assured me they could. However, when the technicians arrived, they refused to move the dryer to access the vent pipe, stating they would not do it. Phenomenal service from start to finish. They cleaned our HVAC ducts and dryer vent and were fast while still very thorough. Will be using them again!
