Twice I have had a virtual appointment scheduled with her, and both times I have logged on 15 minutes early. Coincidentally, both times, after waiting 40 minutes (well into my actual appointment time) for her to join, I have received a call saying she had to cancel. Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating, especially since the next available appointment is several months from now and I’ve already rescheduled once for the same reason. If I could give zero stars, I would.
