Very unprofessional and unorganized company. I would not recommend giving them a second of your time or business.
This is a company that doesn't care about the businesses who have supported them long term. They've decided to cut out the smaller business owners (and take the profit for themselves), and cater only to the larger ones. I will no longer support a company that treats small businesses like this one does.
