RecommendedI have been staying at the Luz Hotel for a few months now and can say that I have been treated with respect and the staff have been friendly and nice. They have worked with me on any issue that I have had (which have only been a few simple requests) and the rooms are pretty spacious for a shared bathroom type of hotel. The hotel in itself is very quiet inside and there aren't a lot of riff-raff standing around outside of the hotel either. The staff leaves you alone and are available if needed at anytime. Absolutely terrible service. I tried to use them through Bag BNB to drop off my luggage for the day. Called around 8am to ask for directions on how to check in/nearest BART station to get off at close to the hotel as I’m not from the area, and the guy who answered was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He started screaming saying there’s “simple directions” for this process when there was NOT whatsoever. On Bag BNB it said It was some grocery shop called the Angel and in the confirmation email it say Luz Hotel. So obv... read more
