Dr Luz is wonderful but if you have any kind of issue and require coordination by the front-end staff your experience as a patient will be anything but wonderful. No one EVER picks up when you call. ALWAYS have to leave a voicemail. 48 Hour promised reply is unlikely. My Mom's been waiting 6 weeks for next steps after a negative mammogram. This is totally unacceptable!
Staff very irresponsible one week and the couldn't get a sign paper hope the doctor starts looking for those people don't do the work
Continued: r many years. I am presently searching for a new doctor. The front desk people are unfriendly and sometimes rude. Trying to get an appt. Or a prescription refilled can take 3-4 days. The nurses and PAs are great once you get in. Dr. Luz is a treasure but she spreads herself way too thin. Long wait times. I will be very sad to have to leave her practice. Went there with Dr Luz Alonso because I had pain all over my body Called her office and they promptly Made an appointment with Dr luz I have NEVER seen a doc taking time to listen the patient and really understands my concern and worries This doctor has the natural TALENT And Knowledge about what her patients REALLY need! I thanks GOD every day because I found her!

I have been seeing Dr. luz Alonso for 3 years. She is very caring, spends time with you and does her job well. My health has improved since I have seeing her.
I think the Dr is great. Her staff not so much. There is usually a wait of about an hour before you can see dr, so give yourself a 3-hour window when visiting this doctor. When you call it's rare to get someone on the phone and they transfer you to a mailbox that is always full so you cant even leave a message. Unfortunately, your staff represents you and they are not doing a good job and so will be going elsewhere.
Have been going to Dr. Alonso for 10 years and love her. However, her office staff leaves something to be desired.
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Alonso. This was my first visit, & I was amazed by her interest in speaking with me, in order to get to know me. What a lovely, kind, caring lady. I'm so happy to have found a new doctor's office that i'm comfortable with. I've already referred my parents & 2 friends to see her.
