I have to leave this review so that nobody experiences what I went through. After calling to schedule the appointment I sent my deposit on cashapp. The morning of the appointment she send me a different address than the address that was listed on the website, that should have been my first red flag. UPDATE I went back in November because of the awesome initial experience, second time not so much! Completely different experience. I booked my appointment online for the available time that worked best for me. Spoke with Judith shortly after booking and the time seemed to be an issue for her, although it was an open available time. I advised I would try to arrive a bit earlier but arrived about 20 mins after my initial scheduled time. The stylist seemed ok until the end. .. I called and Asked kindly how much to get my split ends cut? The lady said 25$ (which I think is high to get some split ends cut but whatever) so then I proceed to ask her does it come with a blow dry?? She says "45$" to bLOW DRY my hair out!
