07/03/12: I purchased a groupon for a microdermabrasion. Conveniently scheduled my appointment through the website. Loved the automatic reminders the website sends 2 days before your appointment and then one more the day before for you to confirm that you will show up. Being that it was a Saturday it was a breeze getting into town and I was able to find parking right as I got into the garage. Roxanne has an amazing soothing energy about her that makes you feel like you're being serviced at home. She's professional, warm and very thorough with her work as an esthetician. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a facial treatment, especially one who is doing microneedling for the first time.
