Management allows tenants to throw garbage out of their windows and onto the street. Totally scummy and trashy company. My neighborhood is disgusting because of their properties.
Stay far far away from Luxy Properties unless you enjoy cockroaches, yellow water leaking from your ceiling, the building’s entire boiler system going out several times in a winter, constantly broken washer and dryer and unfulfilled promises to resolve all of these things quickly. One of the times our radiators stopped working, the handyman who came over (who smelled of alcohol) fell asleep on the floor by the radiator as he was fixing it. He snored. The radiator never worked. Still have nightmares from living on Hamlin.
