Went in today for my finger nails to be done for Christmas. Last my friend and I went in and it was 28 dollars. I went this week and it was now 38 dollars! I spoke w mgr asking wth, why was it all of the sudden 38, he said that's what the price is whether I liked it or not. That he didn't care what it was last week, the week before or next week!
