Do not do any work for luxx homes. You will not be paid. I have completed 2 projects for this company over 6 months ago and never got paid in full.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not hire Luxx Homes! Do not hire Chris Jokerst for anything! Just do your research. Whatever business he’s pushing at that time landscaping remodel, swimming pools roofing just DONT do it! Never completed our job. Lied to us multiple times. Will not return calls. Hides in his office when you go to his place of business. Do your research! Do yourself a favor.
I can only assume the positive reviews on here are from friends/family. My experience is quite simply too much to put into words - It would be closer to a novel. A months long, $35,000 nightmare that took twice the amount of time quoted and looks terrible. I almost never write reviews, but we've had such a terrible experience with this company. Our builder subcontracted Chris with Luxx Homes to build our pool and we’ve had an awful time since we closed over a year ago. We’ve been complaining about how noisy our POOL FILTER is since we moved in. The one time Chris came out to look at it, he just flipped open the digital control interface display on the top of the pump and said it "looked ok".
