Josiah did an excellent job power washing my brick home, concrete porches, sidewalks, and driveway. He was prompt, courteous, professional, showed up when he said he would and the communication was excellent. He finished all the power washing and I paid in full yet there was sealing to be done. He is a man of his word. He returned after having been paid in full to seal the porches and sidewalks and even re-rinsed them to ensure a high quality job done right! Josiah did a fantastic job all around. He worked me into the schedule on short notice and made the house look like new. He even washed off some spray paint that had gotten onto the siding. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. I can't recommend him enough!
