What a waste of $110.00 (yes I left a tip) my feet have polish all over them. My toenails look like a child painted them. I had a struggle communicating with the apprentice as obviously she was new and couldn’t understand my frustration with her work. I had to point out a smudge on most of the nails and she did do two over and still was a mess! One star is too many! I don’t think one should be paying premium price for a new apprentice.
I’m visiting from out of town and I desperately needed the shellac taken off my nails (once it gets to a certain point…. it drives me crazy). I just looked up nail salons in Lacombe and I was able to book a removal online. Tracey took good care of me and went above and beyond.
First time going was today , one of my daughters really wanted her nails done . We got there at 12:30 for her apt . The original nail tech that they had booked us with , was actually with another client 20 minutes went by…… a lady by the name of Tracy came back ( I assume from a break early at that !! ) which is amazing !!! I simply loved this salon! It’s very clean, with an organized and welcoming environment. The staff are very kind and attentive. I will definitely come back to have my pedicure done with Eva. I loved the massage! 🤍✨
