Worst and most painful nail experience I’ve ever had. Nail tech was very inexperienced and results reflected that. All filing, buffing, and shaping was aggressive and painful resulting in broken nails and broken skin as seen in photos. This also caused thinning of the nail which, in combination with excess gel, caused excruciating pain under the UV light. She assured me this happens sometimes. This torture lasted for 2 hours. Had a great experience with a pedicure today. Both the tech and the manager were very welcoming to a male needing his feet taken care of. Will be returning again. Prices are very fair too. Thankyou Luxus Nails
I had a pedicure June 21 with Khin and I got gel polish on my toes. The polish has started to come off on one of my toes and is lifting on other toes and are very uneven. My calluses on my feet could have used more work too. The next day, it looked like I didn't get a pedicure. I booked the second package from the top, and it only took 40 minutes. Maybe she was in a rush? I reached out to management two weeks after my appointment to let them know, and no offers to rectify the issues. They could have at least offered me a dis... read more
