I’ve been going to Luxury for many years. I’ve had a few poor experiences but overall great ones. Today was my last attempt going there. I’ve always had natural long nails, and the techs will put acrylic on them. Not today. The man cut one nail, and I told him they were my real nails and he continued to cut them all the way down. I am already extremely irritated and upset at this point. He then grabbed a false tip to get the rest of the acrylic off my finger nails taking away the layer of my nails. I got a builder gel set on Tuesday. There was no prep done to my nails before the builder gel was applied. I told the gentlemen that they would lift and not last if prep was not done. He said it would be okay…. He kept applying so much pressure to my finger it hurt. I told him it hurt and he said it was because I wasn’t sitting up straight. I sat up straight and it still continued to happen. It is now 4 days sense having them applied and I have 4 nails that have popped off with ease.
