Buyer beware! We would NEVER do business with Luxury Windows again and here’s why: We have a small two bedroom house in Oakland Park. We spent over $30k on windows and doors with them and, after a dozen attempts to get service after the sale, they continue to give us excuses. They considered us a “small” customer because, at one point, after waiting months for our installation (after we paid but they ordered the wrong sizes) we were told that they had a “big” customer they were working with and that we’d just have to wait.... read more
