I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Luxury Time Zone and its owner, Alberto Ayala. My experience with them was highly unprofessional, and I found their business practices to be misleading. What they advertise as high-end products/services may not be what you actually receive. Proceed with extreme caution.

Stay away from this place. They sell defective watches. Bought one, had it for 6 to 7 months and broke down. Unfortunately, I could not bring it into the store while under warranty since I live in Europe. A few months after I came back to Texas, and they would not honor the warranty even after being informed of the situation. Terrible service and not to be trusted.

They told me the stores open until 9pm, I go at 7 and it was closed on Friday. Google says they are open ok Saturdays as well but are closed at 2:00pm. Their phone number is invalid. Thought this store was supposed to be the most professional from the whole mall since they deal with designer products. I'm on a timed schedule. Very bad look on them.

I've had a very hard time (nearly 3 months trying) getting back one of my links that was taken off of my watch after I got it resized. The "jeweler" is needed for nearly everything yet never there. Now they're saying they might not have it anymore.... why is that?? if it was MY link how can you not have MY link?
