I have been coming to Luxury Tax and Accounting for 4 years. Shacoya has always done an amazing and efficient job with my taxes. I had a issue last year with getting my refund and I found out I needed a amendment and I called the office and Shacoya’s associate Lorna was very helpful and she was able to get my taxes amended the same day and I received my refund 4 weeks later. I would recommend Luxury Tax for your tax preparation.
Don’t recommend!!! I booked with Bria ended getting audited she never got back to me on my taxes. Also my bank account number that I gave her to use for my taxes was hacked into using a ACH withdrawal with my name on it to solar panel company in Florida!!! They were the only one that had this bank account information!!!
I have been going to Luxury Tax and Accounting for the last 3 years for my taxes and every staff member at the office is very friendly and knowledgeable on all taxes. I would not go anywhere else to do my taxes and would highly recommend them for your taxes.
I had an excellent experience with Luxury tax and accounting last year. they were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire tax process smooth and stress free. I became a new client after my previous tax professional sadly passed away, and they handled everything with care, patience, and great attention to detail( my tax can be a little complex). I truly appreciate their expertise and customer service, and I look forward to working with luxury tax and accounting again this year. Shout out to Alicia! Highly recommend!
