These women don’t ever pick up their phone, they will look at you crazy for checking on your taxes even if it’s been weeks or a month later. They never give you any updates, so you have to call them over and over. This is people’s lives they’re being nonchalant with. You’re a business, you’re suppose to keep up with your clients.
