Good view of the CN tower, but the doors were broken, the shower could barely fit me and I am 5,6 also getting in was very hard to do, we had to go on a whole journey just to get a key.
Horrible. This is not a hotel. It’s a condo suite daily rental with security trying to give out keys. Pay extra and go to a hotel.
This place has to be the worst place to stay, while the location was great, that's all it has going for it! We stayed there from the 16 to the 19 of June 2025, and when we got there the room was a mess, no toilet paper, no towels, no air conditioning, no service, no tv remotes that worked and washer and dryer in room didn't work. Sooooo if you travel with your own towels and batteries and toilet paper and cleaning supplies and clean bed clothes, then this is the place for you. Beware of this hotel, they cancelled our reservation the night before with no call or explanation. When you try and call their contact number it goes straight to a voice mail box and the voice mail box is full.
