Highly dissapointed and very angry!! Went today to finally treat myself to something nice and get my nails done for valentines day. Got there at 320 pm. After I got off work.. Pic included is what I wanted and thats not at all what I got. (And yes I had the picture to show the nail tech) I wanted medium length coffin shaped nails. If I could post this and give zero stars, I would. I’ve never felt like I wasted $25 more than I did today. Imagine running a business and when someone doesn’t like the terrible messy job that you do on their nails that mind you THEY are PAYING for, you want to grab my hand, grab my fingers forcefully towards you, shove my hand into the gel lamp, which by the way I have never in my entire life had a single person put my hand in the nail thing and you didn’t even do that at first before I asked you to fix my nails, but then a... read more
