Unresponsive. Rude. Not professional. Poor customer service.
I just wanted to share that I keep getting compliments from Melinda’s retie from last Week. I had a lot of people stop me to say how good my locs look and who’s my Loctician. I was just in Costco out here in Atlanta and someone asked me who does my locs because they look so good and I told them someone in the Savannah area and they was like damn .. Of course .. I just wanted to give you your flowers and tell you that you are amazing.

No qualms on the skill level of our hairdresser. Just that the session began an entire hour late even though we arrived early, and things got a little strange when it was time to pay. Apparently cards aren't accepted, even though we booked our appointment with a card, and the website even says that the remaining amount can be paid via card. Then after I sent the payment via Zelle and waited for confirmation (which she opted not to check), Ms. Melinda waited until I exited the premises to openly proclaim in front of her crew ... read more
It was my first time booking an appointment with Melinda Thomas, and I was truly greatful by my experience. She listened to me, took her time, and was very gentle and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and she gave my hair the care and attention it needed. She was very calm and easy to talk to. My hair felt and looked amazing and my scalp felt squeaky clean. I will definitely be going back and becoming a permanent client! Thanks so much, Melinda! My long search for a natural hair care stylist is over!
