I would like to start by saying that I always go to this salon since I’ve lived in El Paso. I’ve lived here for 2 years and so this time I went to get eyebrows done as usual. I asked for arched brows as always and so the lady preceded to take my makeup off my eyebrows. Then started waxing them then tweezing and this isn’t the same lady as before.
