Exceptional experience. This is my third consecutive year booking with LRMB, and they continue to exceed expectations every time. A true 10/10 across the board. The value is outstanding compared to traditional hotels, and the rentals are impeccably appointed with everything you could possibly need. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Miami Beach.
Beautiful condo with a great views of the beach and the hotel main pool. The check in was easy, Dayron came to hotel residence and showed us the unit and had some restaurants choices for us. We had a great time and will be renting again from them again soon .
The one bedroom suite we booked was beautiful. Great views and nice decor. Dayron was in contact with us and made sure the suite was ready and clean for us. He was there to help us with all our concerns. I will use LRMB again very soon.
One of the absolute worst companies to deal with. I was in Miami filming for a realty TV show and chose the 1 Hotel residence which they manage several there. Their staff is terrible and I certainly have no desire renting any property they are managing again. I was threatened by a female staff member telling me they would rate me poorly when they had a mechanical problem of their own to fix!
