Lovely residence with all the amenities. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well-appointed, the balcony lovely, and the location perfect. Luxury Rentals was communicative and helpful throughout. Look forward to coming again.

We’ve stayed at 1Hotel multiple times and always had great experiences—until now. This unit was filthy at check-in: dirty glasses, sand and hair in the washer/dryer, broken furniture, and toiletries refilled with cheap, mislabeled products. The host responded quickly but became defensive when we reported more issues, even threatening to cancel our stay. Airbnb was unhelpful despite photo evidence. We had a lovely stay in room 1015. The host was quick to respond to any requests. They waited until late at night to welcome us to our condo after we had a delayed flight. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. I’m very picky and everything was immaculate. Well stocked and beautiful! Comfortable beds. The hotel amenities and Aviv restaurant was wonderful.
