Interesting that whoever runs @balboaislandca on Instagram has an issue with other couples (that they do not know in real life) for what THEY decide to do with their relationship. Kind of gross that someone who helps sell vacation homes to couples and families could feel comfortable commenting on their Business account. Steve is a force of nature. Always prompt with a response and smile, he delivers with any request. He helped us: Find/Buy a Teardown, Choose a Builder, Rent three properties while the house was being built, introduced us to numerous island people who are now are friends, let me borrow his truck and literally cooked us dinner multiple times. Steve is not just a realtor. He is our friend.
Steve recently helped us purchase our first home.
