This is by far the most unprofessional and unhelpful management group I have ever rented from. If you play their games and do what they say it's fine, they do the bare minimum that is required of them. However, if you step even the slightest out of line, they are extremely rude and hostile towards you, again just barely keeping themselves out of legal trouble. We have rented from LPM for three years after 18 years living in a condo in Albany Park. We had not rented in that time and had some trepidation. From the first day, Harry and his team have taken amazing care of us. The service app is great, they are super responsive and also empathetic which in Chicago you don't expect. Highly recommend.
