Completely misleading business. I was about to buy a spa and specifically explained my situation that this was a new installation and what did I need to tell my contractor to insure i had power to the tub. The sale person Logan told my wife and I that they set up connect test and fill the tub to make sure everything is working. Now he tell me that he never said that and it it would be my responsibility for setting up testing and wiring the tub. When I opened my pool this year I had to replace my pump and my liner. Not only did luxury have my pump in stock, they also connected me to a great pool repair person... Dennis. I have had a pool for 15 years and the staff at Luxury is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable by far! They're the best! Update 9/14/19:. The staff at Luxury Pool and Spa are Phenomenal! Friendly and Knowledgeable! They have helped me keep my pool in awesome shape all season! Thanks for a great season!
A family business that is great to deal With. Delivery was on time and nice Setup. Since our deck is not completed We cannot use our Mini Hot tub, looking forward though. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality hot tub. 5 ⭐️

We bought a hot tub cover from there Shortpump location. It was $447. When it arrived, upon opening it, we found that a clip on the cover was broken. I contacted the store, Shortpump location, and they, Rachel, advised me that they just order the covers & collect the money. And it was up to me to contact the manufacturer for a resolution. The manufacturer, Prestige Covers, sent me replacement clips to put on the cover. Note, the clips are attatched to the cover itself.
