Scheduled online for ultimate pedicure. Called to correct date of appointment. Rude on phone. Received phone call saying I didn't show up. Reminded her of my phone call. She hung up. I show up for appointment. Basically I got a foot soak and nails painted for $35. Ultimate pedicure is posted online $45. Asked about my appointment for ultimate. "Sorry didn't know " Very disappointed
I had a rather unpleasant experience here. Maybe they were having a bad day but the vibe was definitely unfriendly and the person helping me did as little as possible. I will be looking for a new spot.
Love the location and their prices are amazing! They all do a great job but Pam is my fav!!
