This is my GO TO PLACE. do not hesitate. Take it from me, I’ve lived in RSM/Trabuco canyon for 30 years, and have been getting my nails done, acrylics etc for over a decade; this is the place you want to go. They reward loyalty, they have great coupons/ offers/ discounts and they are kind and friendly! My mother bought my wife and daughter $50 gift cards last Christmas. The new owner, this year, refused to honor the gift cards. Wouldn't waste a dime here.

Their website says they close at 7PM I arrived at their location at 5:35 and asked for a new set and pedicure. That said they didn’t have time. If they can’t take certain appointments after a certain time that’s absolutely understandable, but maybe they should post that somewhere on their website, Or change their closing time. I have visited this Salon since they opened before Covid. Ownership has turned over a few times over the years. I loved the cleanliness of the place but I feel that they have jacked up prices with quality not being the best. I was charged $55 for a special gel manicure but my final bill was $60 because they trimmed my cuticles. Really? That's not included in the price of the gel manicure?
