Got dip nails a couple months back and was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The girl who did my nails needs to get trained, she didn’t even know how to file them and someone else had to step in, shape was still terrible though. Then when she was buffing my nails at the end she cut the cuticle on literally every finger, they burned for days after. Some of these pictures still look like they do a terrible job on the cuticles, what a joke. Owner also did nothing to resolve this and no reply on this post? They don’t care

I went in for an appointment for an acrylic full set. Although the nail tech was nice, my nails were done terribly. I felt like the process was rushed (I’m assuming it was because it was an hour before they closed). The shape is off, the nails were left very thick and my cuticles were left looking horrible. Very disappointed.

Have only had bio gel refill done here with Cindy. She always does a great job and listens to what you want. Excellent customer service.

Was able to make it in last night to get a fresh set. Cindy was amazing as usual. I have complete trust in her that she will make my nails amazing. She picked the colour and made them pearly. I've been coming here since the day the salon opened and will continue to do so! Everyone is amazing!

The last 3 times iv been there I have requested Jenny and by far best salon I’d been to in years. Prices are good and design work is amazing as well:
