I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going about a year and always receive friendly courteous service. Yes, some technicians are better than others but that's any place. My favorites are MY and VINCENT, there are other good ones also.

I went in on my lunch break to have my acrylics removed and gel polish put on my nails. The lady cut my nails down really short and started taking the acrylics off by sticking a fake nail between the acrylic and my real nails. In the process, she ripped my real nail down into my skin causing my fingernail to bleed. Then she started rushing to finish because someone else (maybe an appointment) came in. I came to luxury nail and spa for a polish change on my nails and toes. Maya did an aweful job. She rushed through my toes completing the job in about 5 min. She didn't even file my toe nails but charged me an extra $2 for "cutting them down" using the clippers. She stood up while painting my finger nails while I was sitting in the chair where I had my toes painted. I asked if we can sit down at a desk and she said "no, it's just a polish change".
