I wished I would’ve read the reviews before visiting. Upon walking in, I saw a bug I’ve never seen before. It looked like a roach but maybe it’s cousin. I got a pedicure and the pumice stone looked like it had been used on another client. (Previous nail salons usually have the disposable ones) On top of that, I had a small crack in my nail and she broke the nail off completely. I was furious. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have frequented this shop with my husband for pedicures and typically have a decent experience. I came in with my daughter today for pedicures and they started on her within a few minutes. I waited about 30 minutes and then asked if I could soak while I wait and was rudely told “NO YOU WAIT”. I then said that I no longer wanted a pedicure. The owner (I assume) came over about 10 minutes later and rudely asks “You still want to soak?” and I said no thank you because it was handled rudel... read more
