Hands down the best nail salon in the area! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, but I specifically get my nails done by Channy. She is so talented, professional, and always pays attention to every little detail. My nails come out beautiful every single time, and she always makes sure I’m happy with the shape, color, and design before I leave. I booked an appointment over the phone for 1:30pm, then called mentioning I would be a few minutes late. The person who answered the phone said that would be fine. I walked in at 1:38pm, and was told to wait. Not a word was spoken to me for 40 minutes, during which I sat and waited. I eventually got up and left, because why confirm an appointment if you have no intention of honoring it?? Service was terrible, don't come here unless you want to sit and wait for an hour for a confirmed appointment.

I cluster lashes and a pedicure done . The pedicure came out beautifully , however the clusters weren’t placed on right . They were layered on top of each other to where you can see the glue on my lashes causing my eyes to get severely irritated . Some were even falling out and I only went there a couple days ago.

Unhappy with service. Gel manicure, polish gone within 5 days. Contacted salon at Day 6, informed staff & was told to come in and they would "take care of it for me". Upon arrival, they gave me another manicure and charged me for it! Upon complaining, was told they only fix for free up to 3 days after! That is their "refund" policy
