Arrived to Luxury Nails on 11/8/2024. I came into the nail salon and told them I want a full set all black. He said $35. I sit down and he begins my nails. He began to lay the black powder on my second nail and says, "No, it will be $45, we charge $10 more for black. He then proceeds to put the thinnest coat on my nails and I instruct him that after getting my nails done, they are not suppose to bend. They're supposed to be stiff/hard.
