Been coming for years and have officially stopped because they get you started on nails just in case their appointments don’t show up and if they end up showing up, they leave you there to attend to them. They had started my toes and told me to wait about 1 hour after they started because their appointment showed up. All about money and not customer service.
This is a small salon. The ladies were kind and did an okay job. Honestly, I'm not too impressed compared to other nail salons in the area. Their prices are comparable or slightly higher than others in the area.
I try to support business in my area but this place I don't recommend to my enemy I went there to get my nails done and my eyebrows done one of my eyebrows were nearly shaved off and let's not talk about the hand it was so bad that I cried and they gave it to me on the house please do not go here unprofessional and rude and then they talk to you in their language 😡😡😡
I love Tina and Jennifer. I've been a client there for years. I would like to see the bathroom cleaned up a bit more, though, and toilet seat covers being offered again. Ownership changed several years ago, and I have noticed some things have suffered.
