5 stars. I went here, today, bc I needed my nails done, but I also wanted to finally check out this place, since it's so close to home...and tbh, I kinda wanted to see what's up with the rating. I got taken right away, and Alicia did a fantastic job. I'll definitely be going back here. I do not understand the low rating, bc all i saw was 5 star stuff.
Went in as a walk-in. They didn't appear busy as there were not many patrons. I was immediately directed to a pedicure chair. I ordered the milk and honey pedicure option and I failed to get the included exfoliation which was supposed to be included. Paid over $80 and didn't get all the services promised.
My wife got her brows waxed here and the lady burnt her. She called to make them aware and no accountability was taken. Her eye is now swollen shut with fluid and the burn keeps getting worse. Stay away from this establishment.
