Was pretty hopeful but they’re just not great. Spent $55 on a powder manicure and within three days the gel top coat started peeling. It was sloppy with uneven lines across my cuticle. Pedicure was quick 30 min which I was happy to not sit there forever but they barely rubbed my legs. Won’t be back
I’ve been going to Luxury Nails for over a year now, so this review is long overdue! The salon is always spotless and the staff are incredibly friendly. My nails come out perfect every time and they also last such a long time, which I really appreciate. Suzie is amazing—I highly recommend her!
"My recent visit for a gel manicure and pedicure was a mess. Pedicure: Faced a hard sell for an expensive treatment that wasn't worth the extra cost. Manicure: The technician ignored my specific request to not cut my nails. She cracked one with a drill, then roughly filed the others, leaving my nails uneven and my fingertips hurting. The color was also wrong. A manager eventually stepped in and found the right color, and another technician reshaped the nails and cleaned up the cuticle's but the experience was already ruined.... read more
I want to preface this by saying all of my interactions here were pleasant! Unfortunately, I’ve not had a good experience with my nails. I got a gel manicure in August (8/12). Suzie did my nails and I paid extra for a stronger top coat so they could last longer. I had to go back the next day (8/13) because they had bubbles in them (pics), but Kim fixed them up no problem.
