UPDATE! I decided to return and let them know I was not 100% satisfied with the service on my first time visit, Nikki was very apologetic and redid my nails. Nikki and Aeri both spoke to me afterwards, again apologizing. They were super professional and kind- They made me feel very comfortable and happy that I went back to speak to them. Came here while visiting family because I needed a fill and two of my nails broke while I was away. Nancy went above and beyond to try to match the pink powder my nail tech at home used. Even though it wasn’t a perfect match, I didn’t even care because I expected them to want me to just pick a color to paint over everything. She kept saying “we’ll always try our best for you.” Such an awesome lady, and the rest of the staff was nice too. I absolutely love this nail salon! The service is always excellent, and the staff is so nice and accommodating. William does my nails, and he’s fantastic, but honestly, everyone here is amazing! I highly recommend this nail salon.

William is hands down the BEST nail technician. Hes very talented !!
