I came in on (4/6/24) for a mani and pedi. I have been here a few times and always had a great experience up until then. There was a very rude nail tech (she told me her name was ***** but I doubt that was her real name). She was very upset that other nail techs had called in sick and they were short. Nail salon is definitely about the quantity not quality of service. They don’t sculpture nails; they prefer to cut off your nail and apply tips. They overcharge by poorly shaping and wearing your nails since they apply product to limited area of the nail. When you request they fix then they state your next visit you will need to do a new set because your nail grows that way. By applying the product to the cuticle part of your nail only and electric file your nail weakens your nails from growing. When you ask the technician t... read more
