I made an appointment on 12/9/23 for my daughter to get box braids done. The appointment was for 10am. My daughter and I got to the appointment at 9:50am and it was only one lady in there doing nails. I told her I had an appointment and she said ok they should be here soon. By 10:35 the lady doing nails called the lady who was supposed to do my daughter hair to see what was going on. The braider said I never confirmed my appointment through text.
