The name of this salon could not be more ironic—there is nothing “luxury” about the service provided here. If I could leave zero stars, I would; the staff treated me with blatant disrespect and complete unprofessionalism. Avoid this nail salon at all costs. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. The pedicures cut my skin and then deny doing it
They do a really good job
Just tried this nail bar for the first time yesterday! I forget the name of my nail tech, but she was lovely and conversational. I got a full set of acrylic w/ gel "cateye" polish and a regular gel pedi on my toes. The services themselves were really nice, but they don't pay too much attention to the actual cleaning of your nails... for instance I felt like my cuticles could have been cleaned up more.
