Ben did a great job on my nails! And had very good attention to detail on my inspo picture. Very relaxing environment.
We walked in & received great pedicures
I'm extremely disappointed!! This was about my 4th time going, and up until this time, it's been great. The two original techs are awesome. However, this time was AWFUL. We weren't the only ones annoyed. You could tell by every customer that they, too, were frustrated. To break down our experience: 1. Called a day ahead and made an appointment - when we got there 5-10min early, there was a walk in who they gave the last 2 open seats to BEFORE us when we made an appointment.
