I went today and got my feet done at around 3:15. I asked for French tip. She was being so aggressive with moving my legs to a certain spot. She didn’t ask me if the towel was too hot and she barely scrub my feet. Then another customer came in i would assume for her eyebrows I’m not sure and the lady left didn’t say anything and was gone for like ten minutes then came back and and said “sorry” in a rude tone. Please take precautions when going to this nail shop cause they feel you just want the nails done you will pay anything. I went to this nail shop and prior to going two weeks ago one price and came back the next two weeks they tried to over charge me 85.00 for a fill in and one repair. But before it was the same and two repairs only 65.00 with art and then they gave me something that l didn't like l request two three d flowers and a half painted nail with a diamond and this is what l got for 65.00
My first time going to this nail salon and in the 30 years of getting pedicures, I had the best one today from Kathy!! All of the staff was super nice and shop was clean!
Been going here for a few years now, liked the service because it was good and they stayed open later than other places. Had a few instances that they didn’t do great work, I overlooked it because they fixed it with no problem. But apparently, they stop taking customers at 7pm when they close at 8 because they send their employees home—they refused a pedicure because it’s 45 minutes until closing. Guess we’ll go somewhere else, oh well
Absolutely love Luxury Nail. Tee always do an awesome job on my nails and brows.
