this place is filthy and looks like an amazon factory with so many boxes laying around, tissues all over the floor, christmas decorations still up, nothing matches and the decor is tacky. Andy who did my no chip wasn’t friendly. My mom originally came to this salon and had her nails done by a younger guy who was actually very nice. Unfortunately, her nails started chipping shortly after, so she returned to have them fixed. When she came back, an older man was extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted that he was the only person who worked there and tried to make my mom feel confused and as if she was in the wrong salon — even though the charge on her bank account clearly showed this business name. i asked for a french tip with a letter design, my french tip is too thick and the letter on my nail looks like one of my preschoolers drew it. Honestly, disappointed and do not recommend. Should’ve been a red flag that it was absolutely empty when I walked in.

The salon is in desperate need of a renovation! Although relatively clean, the older decor/layout/furniture/equipment makes it look unprofessional and unhygienic. The nail techs are all very polite and accommodating, but I’d advise against intricate nail designs here, unless you know for a fact that your tech has done it before.
