No regard for others time.. I have now tried to give this salon business twice and both times I called was told to come in they have someone available and then waited 45 minutes before I left. Extremely disrespectful!!
I have been going to Luxury nails for 7 years +. I am kind of picky- so for me to commit, it’s a big deal. These ladies have become a kind of family to me. Amy (the owner), and Ann have been kind, punctual, and VERY good at what they do. On a consistent basis. They also will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The place is clean, and well taken care of. I highly recommend. Thank you ladies for all you do! 💗
After my disappointing experience at the nail salon, I started to wonder about the importance of customer service in businesses. While it's always nice to be greeted with a smile and polite conversation, does it truly make up for a lack of quality work? I decided to get a dip manicure, and while the staff were friendly and polite, unfortunately, that didn’t translate to quality workmanship.
