I visited this salon on two different days—once for a nail removal and again for a polish—and both experiences were subpar and disappointing. During my first visit, I needed an acrylic removal because one of my natural nails had broken and keeping the fake nail on was painful. My usual salon was closed, so I came here instead. The two technicians used a nail drill to scrape off the acrylic, which I had never experienced before. Normally, the nail is filed down and removed properly.
