They don’t answer calls in a friendly way! I’ve been calling them for almost two weeks for getting an appointment , but they speak to me like a policeman interrogating a criminal. It’s really unprofessional and not good behavior at all!

I got a basic set of gel polish mani and gel pedicure and both chipped within 48 hours. I was really upset it didn’t last until Valentine’s day. The colors were beautiful though.

I love getting my nails done at Luxury Nails! They are prompt with appointments and so efficient I can get an acrylic fill done on my lunch break. They quality is the BEST I've had -- I've never had a nail fall off, even with three weeks between fills, and the polish is always applied perfectly.

Tried calling to set up an appointment, no answer. Called multiple times. When driving by stopped in to set an appointment. When asked what I wanted, I stated a Dip Manicure and a pedicure. He asked what I wanted, I said I wasn’t sure what color. He state he didn’t have an appointment then. Normally, you get to look at the available options at your appointment. The guy was rude and abrupt. Will not return.
