I understand as a business you try to upsell and get people to do more of the services you offer, but it’s really just ridiculous and rude to ask multiple times if i want something extra when Ive already kindly told you no. I got an eyebrow wax and the lady asked “lip too?” I kindly said no thank you. After my wax, she proceeds to put her hand on the top of my lip and ask “you sure? It’s a-lot of hair. Not even the corners?”.. never been asked that before and i for sure don’t have a-lot of hair on my lip like she was trying ... read more
They are rude, not accommodating, rush and are not transparent with pricing. A full set of poly gel starts at $70. Ask before you buy. Will not be getting my money.
