Best time to go is when it’s empty, you get a better “spa” experience, otherwise they will rush through your pedicure and manicure, while constantly looking at the other customers waiting, as if you’re not a paying customer as well. I would give it 5 stars if the service was the same each time and if the owner (unfriendly lady with the glasses) was not so rude (she acts so rushed and rough, I will never let her do my pedicure again).

I went into the salon yesterday to get a fill and 1 repair. Found the color I wanted and the lady had me take a seat. Once she started working on my nails. Immediately noticed she was sanding an awful little, no burning me but still alot. I started to feel like she was rushing her process due to them being only 2 people there. My normal salon was not able to fit me in so this was really my last resort. I told the lady I wanted #178 from the book up front. It was white based, but had a hint of shimmer. *SAVE YOUR MONEY* this place is no good I went here to get prepared for my 18th birthday the man who painted my toes was rough and did not do a good job he didn't even put them under the dryer which is basic practice after any polish which caused them to mess up as well as pieces of toe nail that were not painted all the way I asked the woman who did my nails to go over them and she had a attitude and still didn't do it correctly just lathered more polish plus no dry so by the time I got home they were smudged she did my eye... read more

This place is a joke and they ripped my mom's big toe and there's a chunk of skin missing on her toe and the nail polish is already coming off on her other toes and she is in agony and pain now. It's also swollen so bad that she can hardly bare to touch it. I am so pissed that they hurt my mom. She doesn't deserve this at all!!! Also I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to in order to be able to even post this!!! I highly don't recommend them at all!!!

Always overbooked and rushing .The lady (also owner) is impatient and borders on being rude. Wants more clients with poor service. There are many choices in Carrollton for nails. They disappointed me for my daughters wedding. I will not be back.
