I went for a manicure and pedicure. A male helped me. He did not know what he was doing. I felt like a guinea pig. He took forever to do the pedicure. I was so uncomfortable I had to ask for an experienced person to do my manicure. Shoddy service for the prices they charge.

my nails are lumpy and they look absolutely wild. some are squared like i asked and others are rounded? i asked for milky white nails and they’re streaky and uneven. and there’s random glitter on my nails in some spots too.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday! LAN did the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Nails done from someone else and she did a great job, and Mario did my brows and they’re good too! Definitely going back and highly recommend each of these, ESPECIALLY LAN!!

I will not ever go back there . They need to go back to nail school because a pedi and mani supposed to be relaxing NOT feeling like they chopping my cuticles to hell. The manager was rude as could be and got mad at me because they are incompetent of fulfilling service.
