Best place in town. I'm not giving free feet pics, but I tell you that lady didn't have to help me the way she did. Plus, they didn't fuss when I brought my own color.

3 days after… they fixed the problem once… chipped and peeled off again… went back for the third time they wanted to charge me when I asked them to just remove them

Walked in Mario said “how can I help you” I said Eyebrows please. He didn’t say anything I sat down and patiently waited as he was doing another customers nails. I waited for at least 15 minutes and he didn’t say anything the entire time. Shortly after 2 white women walked in and Mario said “How can I help you” they said pedicures please and he said please have a seat, it will be just a few minutes. Very disappointed with my experience at Luxury Nails in Blackstone. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and my nails look nothing like it. I even tried to explain that I did not want the color she was using, but because of the language barrier she continued anyway. The lady was nice and I don’t think she had bad intentions, but at the end of the day this is not what I asked for at all. For the amount of money nails cost now, customers should leave happy with what they paid for. I left completely disappointed.
