Great service. Salon is really nice. Salonist do a great job and are friendly. I love this place.
I was so disappointed in my pedicure service. My toenails are uneven and three of them are crooked. I asked her to fix it she didn't. I was trying to be friendly and talk to her they didn't want to talk to me. The nail polish I picked was obviously old she did not shake the bottle she just lumped it on some of toenails, now some nails are darker than other toenails. TERRIBLE SERVICE…we made an appointment and then weren’t seen for 45 after our appointment time. The front desk lady had a bad attitude and was just on her phone the whole time. I brought my grandmother from out of state to treat her and she sat in the chair for 45 min before anyone acknowledged her. Even after I asked if someone was available to start on her, they said that we still had to wait!! Even though we had an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!! The pedicure was bad too, no massage or anything!
I have tried other salons in the area but wasn't happy with any of them so I tried Luxury Nails for the first time today. Hannah did a wonderful job with my pedicure and the flower she added is spectacular! I was very happy with the whole experience. The atmosphere in the place was friendly and welcoming. I felt like I had been going there for years. I can quit trying salons in the area now because I found the one that works for me!
Really enjoyed coming here. Been coming to this salon and this is the first time in a very long time that I've done acrylics. Very worth it. She was nice and listened to what I wanted and they turned out great. She hand drew on my nails and cut them to the length i needed.
